Our composite curing ovens are adapted to your various processes of composite manufacturing: prepreg, RTM, infusion, filament wiring, winding, honeycomb drying, moulds (pre)heating, injection of resin under vacuum in moulds, polymerization (under vacuum), curing, post-curing, prototyping, drying, thermoforming…

Here few examples of our composite curing ovens:

K226 XM modular oven of 480m³ (8 modules 60m³)

Maximum temperature : 250 ° C

Dimensions: W 6,400 mm x D 17,000 mm x H 4,400 mm

- Vertical lift doors motorized by winch + fall protection system + manual operation option.

- 304 stainless steel interior - 4 Ø60 passages + plugs - Maintenance ladder - 2x2 FE3000 oven supervision systems (1 supervision PC + 1 redundant PC) + 1 synology with 2 HDDs for storing databases.
- Pumping system 2x 400 m3 / h + main reserve of 1500 l. Management by the PLC. 2 secondary 500 l reserves (1 per zone).
- Electrical cabinets on the right with cabinet air conditioners.
- Variable speed drive on all brewers


The oven is divided into 2 independent zones
(Zone 1 = modules 1 to 5, Zone 2 = modules 6 to 8).



Zone 1 (depth 10.400mm) with:
-5 modules each comprising 198 kW of heating (6 blocks of 33 kW)
- 8x8 Termocouples J sockets (64 sockets)
- 2 inside stop cables (1 on each side)
- 3 lights / module (24 in total)
- 3x8 controlled vacuum sockets (3x8 vacuum sockets + 3x8 measurement sockets)
- 4x Pressure tap
- 5 extractors 20,000 m3 / h for cooling and temperature reduction + filter at the air inlets
- 1 access / emergency door on the right near the central guillotine door

Zone 2 (depth 6.400mm) with: - 3 modules each comprising 198 kW of heating (6 blocks of 33 kW)
- 4x8 + 1x4 Thermocouples J sockets (36 sockets)
- 2 inside stop cables (1 on each side)
- 2x8 controlled vacuum connections (2x8 vacuum connections + 2x8 measurement connections)
- 2x Pressure tap
- 3 extractors 20,000m3 / h for cooling and temperature reduction + filter at the air inlet
- 1 access / emergency door on the right near the central guillotine door

Temperature uniformity +/- 3 ° C up to 250 ° C according to AMS2750 Type E, CPS8100 Type C and BAC5621.

The largest oven in Europe, 200°C class – 900m3 - 4 modules
