A robust construction with great performances.

The inner casing is made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion. The outer casing is made of electro-galvanized sheet coated with white and blue epoxy paint. THICK INSULATION The internal box is separated from the external box by an optimal insulation which reduces heat losses and allows a better quality of heating. The walls and the door are insulated with 150 mm asbestos free. You are guaranteed to have: optimal functioning, low surface temperatures, excellent thermal stability. The insulation is improved by the installation of a special seal allowing the seal between the door and the body of the oven. EASY CLEANING ! The corners of the inner casing are rounded, making it easier to clean the tank. ENTRY PORT Ø 40 mm A entry port centered on the left wall allows the passage of cables or probes. A high-temperature plug makes it possible to close the passage in the event of non-use or to seal the passage after passing the cables through it. PERFORMING HEATING Heating is provided by armored stainless steel resistors, ideally positioned in the air flow, allowing a rapid and uniform rise in temperature.

Forced ventilation for perfect temperature uniformity !

Ventilation is provided by a motor fan. It accelerates the drying process and homogenizes the heat in the useful volume. Inside the oven, the air is drawn in by the fan. It is heated by the heating elements and then blown into the useful volume. The hot air is evacuated by an outlet chimney with adjustable shutter at the rear of the oven. Fresh air also enters the volume from the rear. ADJUSTABLE AIR RENEWAL The air outlet is equipped with an adjustable flap. An air renewal adjustment button opens or closes this shutter. When the latter is closed, the air circulation takes place in a closed circuit in the oven: it is the best method to quickly preheat the oven before introducing objects into it. When the shutter is opened, fresh air is created.

Loading shelves

XUEHT112 and XUEHT343 are supplied with 2 shelves (grids). Multiple hooking levels are available for easy loading and unloading. The spacing between the levels is 55 mm. Each shelf can support up to 30 kg distributed. The shelf supports are supplied with an anti-tip system. Shelves supporting a distributed weight of 60 kg are available as accessories.
